Phoenix is Three!

Today is my cute nephew, Phoenix's birthday. I can't believe that he is 3 already. I remember when he was born. I was up in Snowflake for the Pioneer Days Celebration and I was so jealous that I couldn't be there to see him. I wish I could live closer to my sister so I can see him grow and my niece, Jersey, too. He is the cutest kid. I love to watch him. He is so happy and just such a little boy. He loves Cars, Indiania Jones, and Star Wars. I'm so glad that he is my nephew. I hope he had a great 3-year-old birthday. Happy Birthday Phoenix! I love you!

Girls night out...

A bunch of us women from church went out to eat tonight and then went to see Mamma Mia! the movie. I just wanted to say how nice it is to have girls night out every once in a while. It was very fun. I'm glad I went. I don't remember the last time that I went out to dinner and a movie with the girls. It was really nice because Jason got home early so we can go to the downtown street fair before I went out. Oh, and P.S. there is home that we drove past after leaving the street fair that already had a Christmas nativity scene in their front yard. Honestly! 6 months early! And then I found out from one of my friends that they actually just leave it up year round. I guess if you just wait until the snow melts or it warms up here to take your Christmas decorations, you might as well just leave them up because Christmas will come around again. Wow! Sorry to go off on a tangent. I just thought it was funny.

Happy Birthday Julie!

Also today is my friend Julie (Williams) Anderson's birthday. She is one of my oldest friends, as in I've known her for a long time. When we were little we were in the same dance class at Campbell's dance studio. And even though we grew up going to different elementary schools we had the some of the same classes in 7th grade and when we realized that we were in the same dance class when we were younger we became fast friends. She is a great person and great friend. I remember going to diving in high school and her on the swim team and when I got cut my senior year from diving she convinced me to try out the swim team. She is an awesome swimmer but I just couldn't keep up with everyone on the team. I'm so glad that we haven't lost touch completely over the years and are now in touch more. Thank you for coming to my bridal shower in April. You are such a great friend. I hope you had a wonderful birthday! Happy Birthday! Happy Anniversary Rhiannon and Mike!

Today my older sister, Rhiannon and her husband, Mike, have been married for 7 years! It's so crazy! I was so bummed when she got engaged in 2001 because she told me that we were going to go to the Mall of America after I graduated but then she got engaged. It was ok though. Mike and Rhiannon took me to Disneyland instead. Mike was and is an awesome guy and I am so happy to have another brother. He's cool to hang out with. I know I gave him a hard time in the beginning, but I hope he knows that it was all in love. I can't imagine life without Rhiannon and Mike and their adorable little family. You are such a great example to me. I love that you are always there for me. I love you guys! Congratulations! 7 years! Happy Anniversary! Happy Birthday, Stacey!

Today is my wonderful sister-in-law, Stacey's, birthday! Happy birthday Stacey! She became part of our family in January of this year and I'm so glad that she is. She is so great and perfect for my brother. She is pregnant and for her birthday she found out what she is having. It's a boy!!! I'm so stoked! My brother is the only boy so I'm happy for him to have a son. He is going to be the cutest child because, well, just look at his parents! Congratulations, Stacey and Dallin. Happy Birthday, Stacey! Today is my beautiful, kind, talented, awesome, amazing little sister's birthday! She is 20 today! I can't believe it. She is such a wonderful woman. So talented in so many ways.
